Youth car (0-4 years old)

Generally speaking, a car in the first two years of use is the peak of life, as long as the regular maintenance, basically there will be no problem. The main maintenance work needs to include: changing the oil, checking the steering device, checking and replacing the brake pads, replacing the four filters, etc.

Three filters (oil, air, gasoline filters collectively): Every time the car regular maintenance, the oil filter must be replaced. For long-term driving in non-dusty areas, the air filter can generally be used for 20000 kilometers, and only needs to be cleaned at 7500 kilometers. The life of the gasoline filter is related to the use of oil. If you have been refueling at a regular gas station and there is no poor fuel supply, you can consider replacing it for more than 20000 kilometers.
Wiper blades: Under normal circumstances, the use time is about 1-2 years, and the longest 3 years must be replaced.

Brake pads: every maintenance, it is recommended to check once, depending on the wear and tear and whether to replace. Under normal circumstances, it is recommended to replace the brake pads every 4-60000 kilometers.
Fuel pump: suck the fuel from the fuel tank, pressurize it and deliver it to the fuel supply pipe, and cooperate with the fuel pressure regulator to establish a certain fuel pressure. (3-40000km, 2 years)
Shock absorber: The shock absorber is a part of the suspension system. If the spring of the shock absorber is no longer elastic, it will shake badly when driving at high speed, and it is especially dangerous in rainy days. (5-60000km, 3-4 years)
Spark plugs: Generally divided into three types according to grades, nickel alloy, platinum spark plugs, and iridium spark plugs. Its service cycle is 30000 kilometers, 60000 kilometers and 100000 kilometers, and the spark plug gap needs to be checked regularly, which can be adjusted appropriately. The spark plug replacement cycle of in-cylinder direct injection engines needs to be shortened appropriately.
Brake fluid/antifreeze: (usually within 6-70000 kilometers, 3-4 years)
Battery: It is recommended to replace it actively to avoid sudden failure. (The original factory has a long service life of 3 to 4 years; after replacement, it is between 2 to 3 years.)

Middle-aged car (4-7 years old)

Vehicles that are more than 4 years old, for example, are like "people in middle age". Many parts will loosen, especially vehicles that have passed through long-distance high-speed bumps. In addition, some problems such as the natural aging of various rubber tubes in the car. For a middle-age vehicle, in addition to regular maintenance, pay special attention to the maintenance of the following components:

Timing belt: If your car is running empty for a long time, you can check it at 100000 kilometers, continue to use it if there is no problem, and replace it at 13-150000 kilometers; if you often drive with heavy loads, the damage to the belt is relatively large, it should be 6-80000 kilometers Check at the time and replace it at 100000 kilometers; if it has been replaced, it needs to be 20000 kilometers in advance when it is checked and replaced again.
Rubber tube: rubber is a service life, time will be aging, resulting in oil leakage. (60000~100000km or 4~5 years)
Coolant water reservoir: For vehicles of about five years, the water tank may be corroded by the chemicals inside, so the water tank of some cars begins to leak.

Senior car (7-10 years old)

Due to the limitation of the life of the car, in our country, the car should retire in 10 years. If it is properly maintained, the car can still complete the mission on time and health. In addition, most automatic transmission cars should also be repaired at this time. Of course, the chassis system should also be carefully checked and repaired. Generally speaking, this stage is mainly to check, replace and repair.

Water tank and engine cooling system: Over time, there will be scale in the water tank and engine waterway, causing the water temperature to be too high. (7~10 years or 100000~120000km)
Check automatic transmission, electronic throttle replacement: 7 years, 100000 kilometers
Clutch assembly: includes clutch pressure plate, clutch driven plate and release bearing. 12-150000 kilometers need to be replaced.

Other components such as oil seals in the power system and transmission system, and crankshaft pulleys in the vibration damping system can also be replaced according to the degree of failure.
