On October 20, the 3rd China Automotive aftermarket Industry West Lake Summit and the 3rd CASF Annual Awards Ceremony of 2020 were held in Hangzhou, Zhejiang. More than a thousand guests, including leaders of government departments, association leaders, business executives, experts and scholars, business representatives and mainstream media, gathered in Hangzhou. Anglo transmission as one of the invited guests, also attended the ceremony!

As we all know, the "CASF Award" is an important award in the automotive aftermarket industry. It was launched by the West Lake Summit Organizing Committee to reward and commend practitioners who have made outstanding contributions to the field of automotive safety (car safety).

This selection activity focuses on high-quality production enterprises, supply chain enterprises and auto service enterprises at home and abroad, and sets up six categories of awards: "manufacturer innovation demonstration enterprise", "manufacturer innovation breakthrough enterprise", "supply chain leading demonstration enterprise", "supply chain excellent development enterprise", "supply chain cutting-edge breakthrough enterprise" and "auto repair service leading ingenious enterprise.

After several days of voting and selection by the organizing committee,Anglo Transmission lived up to expectations and won the "Producer Innovation Breakthrough Enterprise" of the 3rd CASF Award in 2020 "!

Our company was established in 2006. In the past 14 years, it has been aiming at "intelligent manufacturing", leading our products to high-quality development with innovation driven, and taking the transformation from "manufacturing" to "intelligent manufacturing.

As we all know, China's auto parts manufacturing industry is still large but not strong, and there is an obvious gap between China and foreign countries in terms of independent innovation ability, resource utilization efficiency, industrial structure level, informatization level, quality and efficiency.

For auto parts manufacturers, intelligent factory is the only way to realize intelligent manufacturing, and the transformation and upgrading of production and manufacturing links is the top priority of intelligent factory.

In order to pursue the pace of "intelligent manufacturing in China", we have taken the lead in introducing world-class automatic intelligent equipment in the manufacturing field of automobile transmission system; the software system supporting hardware upgrade has also been upgraded synchronously, and the international advanced Internet of things technology and MES system have been introduced.

In November 2019, we established the Anglo-Puhuiyun MES project. The project has greatly improved the accuracy of the whole plant process data and the timeliness and real-time progress of supply chain system management, and truly achieved intelligent paperless management.

When you walk into our production workshop, you will see an electronic screen, which shows the operation and data of the factory. We can clearly see the data of the whole process from raw materials into storage to finished products out of storage, which greatly reduces the work intensity and employment cost of traditional production management.

At the same time, the electronic screen can also be used to monitor each workshop-what is the current state of each workshop, normal operation or fault state are clear at a glance, and the timeliness and traceability of product quality control are truly realized.

From the perspective of industry development, our innovation and breakthrough in the field of intelligent manufacturing will effectively promote the manufacturing upgrade of the entire auto parts industry, and also provide useful experience for the industry to explore intelligent manufacturing.
